Jeniece Stewart

Jeniece Stewart is a mother of eight, caregiver, writer, and patient advocate who is passionate about creating honest conversations around postpartum depression, maternal mental health, and family caregiving. Through her lived experiences navigating motherhood, grief, mental health challenges, and raising a child with complex medical needs, she has learned the importance of vulnerability, community, and seeking support.
As the founder of Special Needs Siblings, Jeniece works to support siblings and families impacted by disability while advocating for greater awareness of the emotional realities caregivers often face. Her writing focuses on the experiences many women carry silently—high-functioning postpartum depression, identity loss, overwhelm, resilience, and healing.
Jeniece believes that sharing our stories helps others feel seen, understood, and less alone. She lives in Georgia with her husband and their growing blended family and is currently preparing to welcome their ninth child. When she is not caring for her family or advocating for others, she enjoys traveling, discovering new foods, reading, and creating meaningful memories with the people she loves most.
